Create music CD from android tablet ?

I would like to create a music CD for the car basic stereo in my workshop but my only device is an internet connected android tablet, the only PC I have access to is at a public library, how do I get from downloaded music to CD ?

Welcome to Android Central! Yeah, I'm not aware of any way to do it from an Android device. You'd have to connect a CD-ROM burner via OTG cable and somehow get that to work -- and then you'd need actual CD-ROM burning software on the tablet.

I've never seen a way to burn CDs without a desktop OS, but to be honest it's also been a good decade since I've bothered to listen to a cd.

I honestly don't think Android is capable of using a cd drive since it's a mobile OS.

You can probably find a CD burner with a separate power connector to connect it to the tablet (via an OTG adapter) and power it with a wal-wart (the tablet can't supply enough power via USB), but you'd have to install a CD burning app (see https://dvdcreator.wondershare.com/cd-burner/cd-burner-apps.html).
