Have you tried Evernote? There's a few good apps in the Play Store, just search for 'grocery list'.

I like this one https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...s?id=com.headcode.ourgroceries&token=Mcvy2C7w for many reasons, one of which is that it automatically syncs the lists between my phone and my wife's so we always both have a current shopping list. No lock screen widget, however...

Thanks for the suggestions decided to just stick with Keep. Not much in bells and whistles but you just speak your list and it stays on the lock screen when finished for a quick view.
