Creating folder with multiple apps?

I bought a OnePlus 6. I came from a Galaxy S9, and creating folders on the home screen is easy as it allows me to choose which apps to put in the folder while creating it. Does the OnePlus offer this or do I have to add them one by one to a folder? Is there an app that could do this?

The "stock Android way" for creating a folder and adding apps to said folder is as follows:

-Drag one app on top of another to create folder.
-Then drag any proceeding apps you desire into newly created folder.
-Name folder whatever your heart desires!

Yeah it's really plain Jane still. No fancy way to add them all at once like the Galaxy, unfortunately. Maybe there is an alternative launcher out there that allows that.

I was afraid it was still like this. Ever since I had the original Pixel for a while I wasn't a fan of how long it takes to do this compared to Samsung. I think Nova offers it, but I like using OOS.
