Creating & Using Custom Templates in SNOTE

Has anyone had any success in creating & using Custom Templates in SNote?

For instance...I want to create my own Custom Data Entry sheet -- Name, Address, Phone, etc... then have it usable in SNote. Ideally I would like to create my own 8.5" by 11" PDF so that after I handwrite in the data I gather...I can simply export/email the data entry sheet with my handwriting directly to a printer to be printed out.

Is this doable? And easy enough to do with the Galaxy Note 8? What issues may I encounter??

Just get an office app. Kingston is free in playstore. You can probably use that kind off app to make whatever you want.
