Hi everyone,

i tried to root my phone and i am having some major issues.

i followed the instructions to a T im using Odin307 with Root66_VZW_stock Rom to root my phone. on the screen halfway through the process the progress bar stops about half way and i get the following error. i have tried several troubleshooting methods. restarting my computer, using a different USB port, and trying differernt ODIN and Rom files (cwm6-root-note2.tar). nothing seems to work.

im getting the following error in ODIN-

how do i resolve this without needing to drop $700 on a new phone. this was my first try at this and now my phone is not working and i desperately need it to work. i have learned my leason and i want to know if there is a way to simply get back to factory settings. no root required.

Have you tried a factory reset? You don't mention what phone you have. On A Galaxy Nexus with the phone turned off you hold the power and volume keys.
