Crop a video?

Is it possible to crop a video? Not trim but actually crop it?

You can actually zoom in to a video whilst editing, which is a form of cropping but without the crop frame.
Just find a video, hit edit then use your fingers to pinch to zoom and then save.

How about using the screen recorder. Zoom in and hit record. You could probably move around the video as your screen recording.
