I'm on ATT and want the blue. But BB nor any ATT stores have it in stock, I live in DC metro. Which avenue would be best for ordering? What's the stipulation for the bonus item from Samsung as far as when you have to order and activate?

Samsung lists the 26th as the last date to buy. Online att says ship by Aug 1
