I need help, I also don't know if I am the only one having this issue. I cannot install any ROM anymore, every time I try it tells me that there was a fail to read a file and that it doesn't exist. So I thought it was a faulty ROM so I dl another one, same thing, so on and so forth on all the roms besides the SPRINT LOVERS which comes in the PC36IMG that works fine, anyone help me? I rooted fine, and had myn 2.2 on here (new bootloader), but when I installed a addon like transparent lockbar, went to restart it froze on the white screen. Then I thought I'll just restart it again and it never did. So I had to find something that was compatible. And now Im stuck...

SUPERSONIC EVT3 S-OFF
HBOOT 2.02.0000

It might be that only the newest htc kernel is compatible due to newer camera drivers.

Try reflashing clockwork recovery through rom manager.

I get "symlink" errors on both RA amon and clockwork...none of the ROMS work...

Im going to go out on a limb here and say that for some reason my phone will not accept custom roms due to its hardware change? I rooted fine, had it working fine, but now I cant flash any roms via both methods

I get that the rims aren't flashing, but there shouldnt be anyyhing wrong with them. So did you try reflashing?

lol, yes, I downloaded cyanogen, myn 2.2 and minilla carbon fiber, all getting symlink errs.

EDIT: here is the attempt for cyanogen mod....

Yeah, theres new drivers in the 0004 build evos, so the kernel aka boot.img, probably isnt wanting to work. Try a rom with the new stock htc kernel in it.

theory invalid.... :( stuck at the EVO 4g screen....

My only other attempt would be if i rename the ROM to PC36IMG and see if it updates itself?
