Here is the link for Evo Decks gingerbread 2.3.5 ROM which in my opinion is by far the best AOSP rom for the evo 4g. I love the rom so much i decided to put together a splash screen for it.

To use the Splash Screen just place the PC36IMG.zip on the root of your SD-Card and follow these steps.
1.Power Off your phone
2.Hold Power button and VOL. down button until the white screen with the skating android guys pop up
3.Let it load and it will say do you want to update, Hit yes
4.Then it will say Update Complete, do you want to reboot, Hit yes
5.Then take the PC36IMG.zip off your SD-Card
6.Your Done, Enjoy!
UPDATE: Just finished the black version.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you Rename PC36IMG-Black to PC36IMG
Ive Tested this on my Evo 4g and it works fine.
