Custom sync & Adding Calendar

[AC Question]

Hi,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3, I just started using for personal and business, I want it to import my outlook calendar and contacts only to my phone on a on-going basis, can it be done?
Can a second calendar be added to my phone?

I have herd of many people using outlook on their Androids. I don't know how myself, as i don't use MS services, but I am sure it can be done.

As for loading a second calendar, yes. Do you need it to be based on outlook or Google?
