I just ordered my own custom made skin from Skinit yesterday so I'm excited to share my experience and some pictures of the finished product with you guys.

I'd like to know what the material feels like. Has a skin on my G3 before, but it was just as slippery on as it was off so I had to use a case anyway. I want to get a Skinit theme, but not if I still need to put a case on.

I was wondering the same thing myself and I was going to contact SkinIt with a few questions of my own but I said what the heck lets just try it. So I will definitely post my thoughts about it once it arrives. I'm really opposed to cases so hopefully it serves for extra grip but I dont see how it can be any more slippery than this smooth aluminum build. It feels cool to the touch which I love but unless my hands are sweaty(which is normal for me except in the winter time) it is easily as slippery as my old Sony Xperia Z3 which was my first Android phone.

Well the only thing I can say about SkinIt so far is that their shipping system is slow. I don't mind a few days with standard shipping, but when it's over a five day business week plus a few extra, we're getting into the realm of "come on now." My custom skin looks like it will be here tomorrow though.

I've seen some that do... Maybe Dbrand
Nope they always leave the FPS uncovered. But guess what arrived today?

I'll post an unwrapping?(can't really call it an unboxing) video and I'll do the installation and post the final results along with my thoughts of the product later.

So much potential but the material is just as slippery as the V20 itself. I was hoping for something that would give the phone more grip but this doesn't seem like it will fit the bill.

So much for the unwrapping video because kids.lol Anyway here's some pictures of the skin applied to my V20. The cutouts are pretty accurate. There's a small gap near the bottom edge of the battery door but I'm sure that's user error there. As pretty and unique as the skin is it does not unfortunately solve the problem of providing more grip to the phone for me. Your feel, touch sensitivity may vary. It's a shiny, reflective material used. I'm pretty satisfied with the representation of the file I sent them and I guess I'll be using it, as slippery as it is, for a few months before giving in to the hype machine that is DBrand. I'll go for either a matte or leather finish. SkinIt does offer different options which may have a different texture as well. Tell me what you think.

The skin covers the front top and bottom and the back top, bottom, and battery door. The sides and top are left as is which is fine with me. Also the slight difference in thickness makes the FPS easier to find with the fingers and does not obstruct its use.

The bottom front doesn't look covered but maybe you made it look like that
