Customized Nav Bar

So I've seen people here post screen shots where they have custom Nav bars with a home button that looks like the Nexus "X" logo. Just wondering how you were able to do that. I'm assuming it was an Xposed module

App that uses LGs custom navigation bar color themer to change the icons....mine looks like lollipop nav bar. I got it from XDA.

Yeah I have the Lollipop Nav bar too but I liked the color X logo. Do you know what app it is that they use?
