Customizing the apps when docking

Searched on this and came up empty so coming to the horses mouth. Using the "multimedia dock" the S4 displays 5 default apps - for the life of me I cannot figure out how to change them. Or change where its getting the weather from or any customization. Surely someone has got this sussed on the forum - lemme know and thanks in advance!

When you are docked, hit the menu button then choose Edit Shortcuts. That will allow you to add or remove them
