Cut/Copy/Paste/Select All - Possible to change the order?

Just a little annoyance - anyone know a way to change the order of the Cut/Copy/Paste when selecting text? 50% of the time I'm looking for Select All which is hidden in the overflow menu.

Or just showing all the options when I select text would be great. Thanks.

There should be something like that under settings. If not it probably means you can't.
