ROM manager is not recommended for the ATT SGSII. You'll need to root the phone and install a kernel with CWM to get it on the phone.

@Phil, CWM ROM Manager will most likely cause your phone to start in boot loop (experienced it using CWM ROM Manager by accident). CWM Recovery is the only way to go for ASGSII.
