For some odd reason, it uninstalled a select few apps, and then wouldn't let me re-install them via backup... weird huh?

no worries though, i flashed back one night, NBD

I had the same issue but restored and flashed the build again with Gapps... it works fine after that...

does anybody know, how to stop the apps from installing automatically?

After I flash and open the market, 30 apps started to download and installing automatically.

Other then that the latest nightly is working fine,

I think it has to do with Google's back up. If you go to settings> privacy. And uncheck Google back up. Now the issue I am having is when you uninstall a app it still shows in the markets downloaded part and wont leave. After reading on it for a bit people are staying it could take 24 hours for those to leave the download part so if you reflash on the first start up make sure you uncheck use Google backup and they wont install.( I only think this is true have not tested it)

Cyanogen wrote his own HID bluetooth Stack if I am not mistaken, or more correctly, modded the existing one. Other devs just didn't put it in.

anyway one might be able to extract or find this fixed stack to replace the htc one to make things like spp and hid work without having to switch to cm's rom?
