Cyanogen Mod Profile Help

I just installed CM 10 and had a question on how to use the Profile feature.

I would like to set it so only telephone calls and text messages will cause notifications. Everything else can either be turned off or notifications turned off.

Would I turn off Data Sync ? Mobile Data?
