Anyone running this ROM? If so, are you experiencing the following issues:

1. Sensor during call won't wake phone when pulling away from ear? (not all the time.)

2. Wake on Volume button, not working most of the time. (after a few seconds of sleep, it won''t wake using this method.)

Thanks,

Chris

NOTE: CAN AN ADMIN PLEASE MOVE THIS TO THE ROM ROOTING SECTION? I apologize for not thinking!

Done :)

honestly when flashing cm 10.2 I had all kinds of problems and even noticed some lag to be honest I didn't feel it was stable. But I love the vanilla android lockscreen so instead I flashed the 3.2 Google Edition Android Revolution hd rom this is better since its stable and it also has beats audio. I installed a custom kernel from teams7ven where you can just double tap the screen to wake it up, [Kernel][Sept13][sense4.3|GoogleEdtn]teaMSeven2.1.7|TapWake|BLN|OTG|Hotplug|OC|+base3.1 7 - xda-developers.

I've never flashed a kernel...yet. In doing so, all i have to do is flash it like I would flash a rom right, in recovery? I've seen some videos that indicates being done through command prompt.

The volume to wake bug is across all Roms. Once its in deep sleep, it won't wake up using that method. Kind of stinks but that's what it is.

If there is a more current gapps file available, can I just flash over the current one? I'm running the latest nightly.

Make sure its for the version of cyanogenmod you are running. If it is, then yes. Its basically just gonna update them.

Yeah flashing a kernel is normally done from recovery. Usual protocol is wipe cache & dalvik cache but NOT data.

Do you ever fix permissions when flashing a kernel?

BTW you from Chicago?

I'm loving the ROM. Just wish the volume to wake would work right like it did on ARHD 13.3. I've tried every thing.
