Cyanogenmod 11 slower than Stock-Rom (Jeally Bean)

Hey y`all,

i have safestrap installed on my droid 4 and have:

- Stock-Rom - Jeally Bean 4.1.2
- Android: 4.4.2 (Cyanogenmod 11-20140609-SNAPSHOT-M7-maserati)

in seperated ROM-Slots.

i love the CM but its unfortunately not as fast as stock. Is there a trick to boost its performance?

Well,......starting, closing apps,...and so on. If something is in cache i think its pretty fast also, but if not: stock is way faster (tested severall CM11 maserati-versions).

Would be interesting to know which gouvernor is used by Jeally Bean. If its "max performance" then no wonder!
I use "interactive" in CM. Wouldnt want to use "max performance" cause of battery drain and heat.
