CyanogenMod 6.1 on SLCD screen DInc

Has anyone tried to load it yet? I really want to load this but I know the 6.0 has issues loading on the SLCD screen DIncs

you flash the rom you want (cyanogenmod or shadowrom) then you flash an AOSP kernel.. i suggest koushs test2 kernel that fixes it

I cant go boot into recovery. CWM recovery just gives me the white lines.

Can I load the kernel from the alternate recovery? The one where I did the nandroid back up?

I am just thinking that one I load the ROM, I will not be able to load the kernal through CWM Recovery. Perhaps I have been out of the game too long to start back up. I flashed the crap out of my D1 but got my X and forgot all about all of this.

you can run ur back up then add the kernel to your sd card. then after u load cm u load the kernel in cw blank mode lol

Rename this to PB31IMG and flash through hboot. Make sure your sd is formatted to fat32 first.

zI got CM6.1 loaded last night and never even had to load that kernel. I dont know why, but When I loaded it I was waiting for some crazy screen mess up and then I was going to boot to cwmr. It never messed up. I am just running it on its own. Is that kernel that you linked me to over clocked or undervolted?

i read on the cyanogen wiki that the new cyano mod is not supported for the slcd dinc so your going to brick it (something along those lines, they used the word brick though)
