Did you get golauncher? You can also get an app called root check to make sure it's rooted right. You also need a rom manager I like clockworkmod. This Cyanogen 7 mod is the best thing I've ever seen for anything android The only thing my nexus wont do is broadcast an fm signal oh and im sure you know but the bootlauncher will help you want it plugged into your comp then press power and vol. down for like 10 secs Idk mine was really easy to do I think im gonna try out the Ice Cream firm ware now tho just make sure you back up your phone cuz it's really easy to brick them up and loose everything backup backup backup lol

I have it it's great but It dosen't help with the batt. but it's worth it for everything it does!!!!

the nexus 4 and the htc evo are the only two that will run cy 7.1 I thought never the less it's freekin sweet!!!!!!!!!

yea it's prob getting hot with the overclocked cpu theres really no reason I can find to overclock it yet runs great no probs.

I was running a nightly of 7.0 on my Nexus S 4G a while back, but it started going a little haywire so I switched over to Oxygen 2.3. About 5 days ago I decided to try the 7.1.0.1 release after a full wipe, and it's been running great thus far. Battery life is probably not as good as Oxygen, but better than the nightly I had, and it's been quite stable. Only needed to do one battery pull. I get between 16 and 20+ hours of use out of it depending on my location(I get terrible reception at home which sucks down the battery) and usage. Anyone thinking of making the plunge needn't feel too concerned.
