cyanogenmod not flashing

Hi everyone. I have a Samsung galaxy s4 i9505 international version.I have twrp version 2.5 installed. I have tried to flash two different nightlies of cm 10.1 and neither file will flash. I have the latest gapps file from goomanager. I can't understand where I'm going wrong, anyone got any ideas?

If you still have that problem with CM, try flashing a compatible kernel for whichever rom you are trying... I had one before that was like that, had to flash a separate kernel and it worked

Will a verizon cm ROM work(isn't the camera still not working on 10.2)? And how do I know whether a kernel is compatible with cm? Sorry I'm fairly new to the whole rooting game, still trying to get my head round a lot of it

I wouldn't. You said you have an international version. Those can't be flashed with a US carrier ROM.

In very confused... The International is the i9500 variant. While the i9505 is the (Quad) Core "U.S. Version". So which do you have?

I have the i9505, which is the international version. I live in the UK. Still can't get the ROM to work, I'm very confused :s

Double check all your files to download. Make sure they are for your device. Download again.
However, I would suggest trying a different ROM. Have you looked at AOKP?

No never looked at AOKP, Ive only ever really looked at cyanogenmod. I always thought that was the most popular so would automatically be the best, hasnt really turned out that way for me though.

There are so many good ROMs with added features that use CM as a base. I'd try AOKP or Paranoid Android.

Also worth mentioning that the last couple of nighties for my device according to goo manager have been 10.2. Is this a goo manager error or is 10.2 available for the international s4? Just I thought it wasn't
