Cyanogen's Nightly Builds

What's the word on changes and performance

New kernel they have seems to be yielding lower linpack scores. I'm not seeing any noticable decrease in performance. Happy that they killed off the voicemail notification that was hanging around!

today my pictures turned blue. still running the 7/24. updating now to tonight's nightly but was just wondering if anyone else noticed this. i haven't been following on xda since the page number gets too crazy.

What app is everyone using for voicemail? I liked the one that came with the phone but its gone now that I flashed this rom.

Are any of the nightly builds more stable than rc 1. I have rc 1 running on my evo right now and I'm having a lot of bugs.

questions about rom manager

In rom manager if I download and install a new nightly will I lose everything? The newest nightly it shows is 07312010, is that the newest build? Its not 7/31 yet. Well I guess. It is est. I'm PST.

The process that I am using is as follows:
- download nightly rom
- nandroid backup
- wipe cache (dalvik)
- install rom

Have not lost any settings or data using this process.

I just install the rom without clearing anything. No backup or wiping. Does anyone know if cyanogen is going to put in MMS/4g?
