Mms has been there for a long time. Currently working on 4G

Mine doesnt work at all. I cant even send texts over 160 characters.

My mms magically started working with the 7/24 build and has continued since. Have you tried doing a complete wipe before installing?

Is a full wipe just dalvich cache and those or is it deleting everything on the phone and starting over?

Everything, dalvik, user data and user cache

I'm running the 7/30 build and I didn't flash radio or wimax. Should i? I came from the previous ota before 2.2. I would wait till I flashed another update of cm6 to do this. Also, is everyone else having problems sending long text? Mms is working fine. My battery is terrible with this Rom. Anyone else have battery problems? Maybe its just because I can't put my phone down, I'm using it all the time.

It's probably because you didn't flash the radio. The Wimax should't matter unless you use 4G. The radio will boost your signal (which OS probably what's wrong with your text) and help the battery

I flashed the new Radio and Wimax (just to do it) and i get long txt message errors too from a factory/cache/d cache wipe. I just copy paste long messages into two for now lol

yeah i just tried for the hell of it and can't send anything longer than 160. In fact, it actually borked my texting period for about 10 minutes

It gets stuck trying to send the one message. If you delete the message you will be able to send more. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Just flashed the radio from the link in t0ast3d's thread. Still can't send text over 160characters.

Not really. I'm not sure why we got two nightlies for 8/1.

I do know there have been some changes made today, though. You can view the cmsrc twitter feed to see what's gone on during the day.

Yea, that was what I was wondering. Trying to fine a 2.2 Rom with good battery and everything working. Most kernels seem to limit camera right now.

The battery life on CM6 right now is decent but not astounding. Both cameras work. The only things not working to my knowledge are 4G and the FM radio.

Ok thanks, the omj I am on now is about like that. Maybe ill see what the official release spawns.

I thought the Cyanogen ROM was going to shut down all the others, sucks/unexpected it's just a bunch of nightly builds imo lol

I agree. I thought it was going to be the best and end all others. I'm disappointed how long its taking to finish it. There are really cool features like the hid stack and some bugs still. I wish I could just download a finished rom with all that and 4g. Wishful thinking I guess.
