Go here Cyanogenmod Nightly Build [check link for newest version] Update 7/24 Full Market - xda-developers click on the second link the one that says "GAPPS(Google apps)
GOOGLE APPS is needed so you can have market and ect. This is a must" and flash it the same way you would flash a rom. I didn't have to wipe anything and it worked for me

go to the camara app, slice up for video, then on the screen you get 4 options, tap on the bottom one and select Custom. Then go to the top option and tap on it, scroll down to Video Quality and select the video quality you want. Hope that helps

I flashed this.. pretty cool.. but noticed i lost the uncapped fps .. was getting 29fps in the benchmark.. decided to flash back to regular CM6.. pretty cool that it came with a bunch of apps pre installed.. beautiful widgets, root explorer and more!
 
Does anyone else have this Cyanogen Boot animation...

I'm lovin this thing haha...

Its not the Nexus one Froyo looking one either
 
I miss the updates to this thread!

I'm running 8.6 and it's noticeably faster than any other nightly build.

menu>settings brings up the settings page instantly vs the older nightly builds where there was a slight pause at the black screen before the options appeared.

can't wait for cm6 to be feature complete!

EDIT: now that I've been digging into 8.6 nightly for a few hours, I have to say, this is the fastest rom I've had yet! there is NO slowdowns or hesitations at all! WOW!

ps. I'm running snap 4.1 cc and I hear that 5.1 is way better but I think I'll wait til it's out of dev :)

Yea, are the updates to what has been added / removed from each nightly posted somewhere else? This post only goes up to the 8/4 nightly.. and i've got no clue whats in the 8/5 8/6 nightly's :)
 
I think tonight ill work on a v2 5t4r featuring 5. 1.

Ima be greedy with that one for a while though...
