Ok so as of right now. Running snap 7.0 WITH RC2. I partitioned 1 gig on my stage 2 sandisk SD card... the following are with my phone clocked to 1152.... my phone does with anything higher clocking wise..

2134 quadrant
47.6 mflops via linpack
56fps via gears for android
31.4 via neocore...

Those are some sick *** scores. How come such an increase with snap? And do you HAVE to format your SD card to install snap?

EDIT: I got snap but my scores are no better than when I ran them at the same MHz with the kernel that comes with CM6.

Why would you need to do that?

Just place the Kernel on the SDcard and Flash with Rom manager...

D3X, i also heard or read that somewhere, that with Snapv7 you have to format and do something with the sd card. I'll try to find where i saw that and post it on here.

Yeah I have it now but this kernel isnt any better than the one with CM6. How do people get such bomb quadrant scores? Most I can get is 1500 with my CPU at 1.150.

Did you benchmark with the snap 7 and then with stock cm6 ? What were the results? Or rather, why is it that you like the stock kernel better?

Yeah with the rc2 kernel I was pulling 1450s. As soon as I put snap 7.0 on with no overclock I pulled 1919. There is a huge difference... rick is that your score or cyanogens?

The Stock Feels Smoother to me... Snap Def is Quicker but just overall clean lines and scrolling i prefer stock...

Would you like to try this new theme w/ Snap I Spliced together?

How do you guys do that??? Mine still only gets 1500 on quadrant. I got slightly higher on Neocore with 31.4 FPS.
