Yeah, me too. But my delivery estimate is May 17, 2011 - May 27, 2011 so I'm already two days into the gruelling wait ... :'(

i ordered the 16gb and the 32gb the same day along with the docking station. I got the docking station last week.
i got notification a few days after ordering that the 32gb will ship before the 16gb. i cancelled the 16gb order.
i got my 32gb today... amazon tracking status sucks, but both the dock and TF both came in 2 days sooner than estimated.

I'm still waiting on my 16 GB... Almost wondering if it isn't worth it to order a 32 GB and either cancel the 16GB or wait till it gets here and sell it on Craigslist and just keep my 32 because I planned on buying a larger SD card anyways...

I pre-ordered from the military Exchange site and JR's, but learned of an alert site from this forum. I used nowinstock.com and was able to order my TF from Walmart on 4/27 (just after 11pm) and had it a week later. I then signed up for the dock; pre-ordered from JR's and newegg...but received an alert for stock at Walmart on Saturday. So I placed the order from walmart again and I received my dock this past Wed. Big believer in that site now (along with Walmart, LOL)

I also got both the tablet and the dock from Walmart thanks to nowinstock.net. It's a great website for these types of situations. You just need to be able to jump on these immediately when they become available. If you hesitate even a few seconds...they're gone.

Mine should be here Monday thanks to Nowinstock and I just ordered the dock which should be here by Wednesday at the latest.

I got an email from Amazon last night at 3 am saying they were sorry about incorrectly estimating the arrival date of my TF. Now I see this on my account page?

F*** them. Had to re-order from Best Buy of all places. Just wish Amazon would have let me know in advance so I could have ordered a couple days back. Now, not only do I have to pay for taxes, I have to pay for expedited shipping just to get it here before our Memorial day weekend trip.

Thanks for nothing Amazon? ?(I?ll still be shamelessly obtaining free copies of your free app a day though. )

Suntan, I'm sorry they did you like this. I was on the same boat with you having a ship date of May 17 - 27 and received mine on May 19. They must have run out and can't get anymore.

I also secretly think they are doing this holdout until they can get their Android Tablet out to market and everyone can see how magically better it will be and order that. Then we'll see plenty of stock on hand.

Suntan, I'm sorry they did you like this. I was on the same boat with you having a ship date of May 17 - 27 and received mine on May 19. They must have run out and can't get anymore.

The thing that really pisses me off is that last night while I was checking for an update (but before they updated anything) they had the 16GB model for sale, through a no-name vendor for $550, but ?fulfilled by Amazon.?

I thought that they surely would have had mine shipping out if they are fulfilling orders for no-name vendors? but no.

It?s bad enough that they plaster their site with junky, no-name vendors and fly-by-night hustlers looking to turn a quick buck on inflating the price of units they bought specifically to turn around and sell it themselves. But it really steams me that Amazon would fulfill orders for some no-name at 140% of MSRP while continuing to delay shipment of orders they took a month ago.

haha well I am sorry man but if you are already getting a $400 piece of electronics which you most likely gonna use not just for one or two months you might as well pay that $35-38 tax and have it shipped to you within 2-3 buss. days rather than just waiting until the end of June LOL

btw I am unemloyed at this time I must admit LOL but I just couldn't resist... I'd never buy Motorola Xoom or any other tablet in that price category, Asus seems to be the best and cheapest choice. I am currently selling some stuff on ebay though to partly cover Asus's cost LOL

Ahh you live in brooklyn too. I wish BB had a ship to store option, so i can pick it up at the bay parkaway BB. I dont want them shipping it to my home when im not there, so im waiting for an instore option.

Also in this day an age when tablets keeps coming out with better stuff, like tegra 3 possibly in august or september. Some will only be using the current tablets for a few month. The type who likes to upgrade often.
