Also in this day an age when tablets keeps coming out with better stuff, like tegra 3 possibly in august or september. Some will only be using the current tablets for a few month. The type who likes to upgrade often.

True, but I think there won't be much difference between tegra 2 and 3 for a few more months even in the beginning of 2012. Currently tegra 2 optimized games are flawless on these devices as well as everything else. So I'll have time to play with my tablet for at least 6 - 8 months before the next android tablet OS iteration will be released on the market for future tegra processors, I will be selling my tablet then and getting a new one I am the type who likes to upgrade often LOL

I heard VLC type files dont work well on Tegra 2.

well.. wouldn't know really... never used vlc files on any of my mobile devices.. btw, I even called to BB on bay parkway on sunday hoping that i could just go there and pick up.. they said online orders only... but I clearly remember they had it in store pickup for like couple of hours there...

I actually did notice one thing though... There was a video of samsung galaxy s II on gsmarena playing flash youtube video at 720p. and it was absolutely flawless not lag at all. But my Arix can't do that... it even gives me a message "this video is not optimised for mobiles" there is even a thread for it on xda
