I've had dark mode on Google Assistant for a couple days now I believe, I haven't checked my Gmail app in a couple days though. I'm on AT&T which is currently having a major Nationwide outage with no access to voicemail and intermittent call problems. I called up today to get some answers, they had no time frame of when the issues would be fixed, which is odd since the problems continue to spread geographically three weeks out, but I did get a $50 bill credit to keep from jumping ship to another provider, which we'll probably do anyway since we've been off contract for the last 17 years or so lol.
I have to admit the pixel updates have came to my phone like clockwork with AT&T, and they give us a great rate for what we get compared to other providers. The same service on Verizon would cost us about $50 more a month...... it's a big savings for sure, but not worth much if your phones don't work :-[
