DAS BAMF Updates at XDA!!!

Which option? All i see is flash clockworkmod recovery.

***If you haven't flashed ClockworkMod Recovery from within ROM Manager, you need to do this first before doing the steps below.***

Assuming you copied the MatteHD zip file onto your TB's sdcard, do the following:

Using ROM Manager, "Reboot into Recovery", it's gonna ask if you want to reboot into ClockworkMod Recovery, click OK, wait.

Once in CWM, using +/- volume keys highlight "install zip from sdcard", press power button to get into the sdcard install menu.

Volume key down to "choose zip from sdcard", press power button.

Volume key to your copied MatteHD zip file, press power button.

Volume key to confirm "Yes - Install MatteHD.zip"

It'll install and confirm.

Toggle back using volume keys to reboot your TB.

That should do it.

I think I may have a problem... I flashed the MR2.5 radio successfully, flashed GingerRemix 2.1 and had everything working ok (except for drawer, phone, and personalize buttons doing opposite operations) and then I tried flashing the MatteHD theme. Now I'm stuck at the black "das BAMF the Baddest!" screen. I've pulled the battery and gotten into Hboot but I can't change the options and get into recovery. All it does is go into the update option (like when flashing a new radio). PLEASE HELP

Need to get the SD card (either PC or another phone) erase PG05IMG file and the ...reboot back into HBOOT, then boot into recovery flash back up, or reflash the ROM.....HD Matte prob not formated for this rom....thus stay at boot screen....good luck.

That did it. THANK YOU very much for your help. Huge relief!

So I'm running 1.8. What should my min and max be under cpu settings? Right now I have the max at 1.024GHz and the min at 245MHz

I run at 1.4Max and 245min with the InteractiveX Gov. Love it great battery life 12-14 hours moderate use.

What is InteractiveX Gov?

From Imoseyon at XDA: interactiveX - it's the interactive governor from CM, but I added suspend/wake logic so when the phone screen is off it runs at 246Mhz. Also, I modified its code some more to minimize unnecessary cpu spikes above 1.8Ghz if you happen to be running one of my 1.92 kernels. Most tbolts are unstable above 1.8Ghz, and it's the quick jump above 1.8Ghz that usually locks up the phone. It will hit 1.92Ghz only when it makes sense (ie. sustained high load). This is my favorite governor - perfect combination of speed and power efficiency.

Follow this link over at XDA, gives overviews of all the Kernals and Governors.....[GB Kernel] leanKernel: minimalistic kernel (3.3.4GBtest 6/23/11, v3.1.6cm7 6/17/11) - xda-developers

So how do I get it on my phone? I didn't see any thing to download on there.

Still a rooting noob so I'm not sure what I'm doing quite yet lol

Flash a kernal, follow the instructions on the link I posted earlier. Pretty self explanitory when you get to it. You will need to use the PC Emulator in the tool kit to use speedtweak.sh......

What MR3? And BTW, which radio is better would you say, MR2/MR2.5/MR3?

Edit: Nevermind, Google is my friend.

Agree... must have been a typo... I've been using MR2.5 without any issues... I have not done a speedtest or anything, but it's working without issue so I'm Happy
