Data from wifi only

I would like to set my S4 so I only pick up data when it finds a wifi (limited data plan :-( ) That way I get all the email, FB, etc notifications when I hit a wifi
I am sure it can do this, can someone tell this ***** where to locate that??

I believe you can just turn off Mobile Data. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

You can find this in your quick settings. Swipe down. Then expand the settings with the top right icon. Look for mobile data.

This. Just turn off mobile data and leave wifi on. This way the phone will only be able to use data activity once you are connected to a wifi network.
