I traded in the GN on Saturday for the Rezound and do not regret it at all. The only thing that is really annoying me is the fact that every once in awhile I lose 3g data and it doesnt come back unless i toggle airplane mode on and then off or wifi on then off. Also sometimes it will not pick up a 3g signal after i turn wifi off. This is my 2nd rezound since saturday and both phones have done the exact same thing. I was wondering if anyone else has had these issues and how or if they got them fixed.

I have the same issue and hopefully an update will fix it. I had the same issue with my incredible 2. I have learned that no phone is perfect but the Rezound is the closest I have found so far.

Just 3g or are you in a lte system?

I have it occasionally when going to work. Where I'm currently working seems to be on the bare edge of 4g. My phone doesn't handle the weak 4g signal and flip flopping between 4g and 3g. It occasionally will get stuck "in between": 4 bars but no data. Or worse 1x. If I get to a stronger signal it'll eventually come back on its own

You may have to go into power settings and adjust to normal mode if you're not in a strong 4g area. This will prevent that type of issue. As mentioned no phone is perfect but this Rezound is pretty darn close.

Save up some patience, if your getting is on LTE/_CDMA only, force it onto CDMA only and wait. If nothing happens and no one on Verizon in your vicinity is expieriencing the same thing. Then you may have an issue. I've had major signal fallout it has always reconnected on it's own, eventually, in due time. I think alot of people need to be more patient before reaching foregone conclusions on the phones capabilities or blame.

I have changed all the settings to force it into the 3g only settings as I do not live in a lte area. Also a co-worker of mine has the same phone and has not had any trouble with the phone at all.

I know what you mean. I am also on my 2nd Rezound. I live in a small town with a tower 8 blocks from me. I will lose 3g a few miles after I leave town and pick it back up in the next town. When I come home I pass right by the tower and some times i will get 3g right off the bat and other times it might take up to 20 mins to show up on it's own. I have tried to set it both ways 3g only and 3g/LTE and it does it on both settings. The other 2 phones in my house are Motorola and they don't have that trouble. I will also drop 3g in areas where they won't. I have 2 real issues with this phone and that is one and and the other is the back cover making a creaking sound when I hold it. HTC sent me a new back cover when I called them and it did not help with the creaking. Other than that I love this phone.
