I've been having issues with my data connection as well. Usually it drops from 3g to 1x for a while and switches back and forth. On one or two occasions I've totally lost data and had to turn airplane mode on and off to get it to reconnect. I'm in central Ohio. Been doing this for about a week now. And I've only had the phone at most 3 weeks. I use Straight Talk but my phone uses Verizon's towers. my phone is the new Samsung Galaxy Centura. I haven't yet tried to do the *228 thing to see if that would fix it. I might do it after I sleep a few hours and see how it is in the morning.
