data not showing up

My data from my SD card is not showing up either in astro or the my files app. I unmounted and re mounted, no pictures either. Coming from a thunderbolt. Any ideas?

Does it work in your other phone right now or computer?

It did right before I switched it. I'm not home to check right now

Yeah check it out and let us know... Also do you have the adaptor that goes with the SD card , with the little switch on it?

I plugged the SD card into an adapter and put it into my computer and all the files are there. No luck still on my phone. The SD card is mounted, but no pics, vids, anything. I noticed the problem when I went to use mybackup pro to retrieve my saved text messages, and it said nothing could be found.

I just plugged the phone into my computer via USB cable and the files are viewable that way. No idea what is causing this

Earlier you said you unmounted and remounted, did you do that through Storage in the settings menu or did you just mean you physically did that

Alright, now I am confused, because when I enter the gallery, my pics are there, but the "My Files" App and Astro say my SD Card is empty

When you open my files, you select all files, then extSdCard right? that is empty?

I figured it out. I uninstalled and installed my backup pro
