Data on/off app

Has anyone found a app to do this since updating to lollipop on s5, att.
I don't like going thru the setting. The one I had no longer works. I want one I can add to notification scree. ☺

I haven't found one either--it must be something that changed with Lollipop. I'm hoping that the Power Toggles developer figures something out, because that's what I use.

Lollipop broke that feature. You can find some apps that require root access to do that. Even those are reported to be a bit buggy so I won't recommend you any of them. Sad it is

That's the main thing I really miss after lollipop.

I believe any mobile data one-touch toggle requires rooting on Lollipop, right?

Either AT&T has removed data toggling or their release is based on a very old Lollipop firmware. It is present on the stock Samsung firmware for the worldwide, international, models. See screenshot...
