Data on SD card erased after factory reset of Note 9

I have done master reset on my Samsung Note 9 with my sd card in it. I have lost lot of data (not all) on that SD card. Can anyone suggest how to recover that data on SD card?

Hi , I don't think you can recover them .

Remove the card from the phone and try file recovery software on a PC. Long shot but worth a try. Best of luck and please let us know if it was successful.

Welcome to Android Central! What kind of data was it? Photos? Data that was associated with apps? The SD card isn't supposed to be affected by a factory reset, but if your apps were saving data to the card, then that data might be affected (since it was linked to the apps).

If it was moved apps, the links in internal storage were deleted, so they're no longer accessible.

Otherwise, you can use PhotoRec (in a PC or laptop) to recover anything that's not overwritten.
