Anyone still having problems actually connecting? I have the 3G/1x icon, but I can't actually send/receive packets. Tried reactivating, but that keeps failing. Upstate NY.

Nope it was a little iff late this morning, with what 3g.1 x in central Indiana. But so far so good for right now. Call CS at THIS # 877-600-8065 this is USA call center. You need to call from land line in case they want to trouble shoot hand set over the phone.
