Keep in mind sprint isn't going for speed with there LTE there are goin for stability. And the fact I got these speeds during peak hours. But I be getting these speeds daily and I'm unlimited lol.

Sprint LTE will not be stable anytime soon, in SF area their service is very patchy... I'm actually thinking of leaving Sprint for that reason

Well maybe in your area but regardless of speed I see LTE 98% of the time.

Good for you, you're one of the lucky 5% sprint customers

I don't even think it is 5 percent. Sprint really screwed up by going to different ways with infrastructure (Lightsquared and WiMax).

Sprint LTE uses 1900mhz
T-mobile uses 1700mhz?
If anything should be about the same?

I witness a very large service company switch from ATT to Sprint and back to ATT again after a week because their technicians couldn't download their service tickets and calendars off servers in a timely manner in early 2012. I went with them on about 5 locations in Los Angeles and the best speed they got was .50kbs a second. It is hard to work with 4-5 megabyte files when the network is providing less than dial up speeds. And these were the 4g phones.

Just like T-Mobile there network is about 2 years away.

Sprint, Not officially launched (unless something has changed lately).

So the difference is a 10 second start time when you're going to watch a 2 hour movie? Is that really significant?

That's is not what I was referring to.
Someone posted, you will see no difference Between 10 MB and 30MB download speed. So I replied... in my case I do notice a difference in buffer times between my hspa+ connection which is about 15MB average and my lte connection which is in the 30MB range.
So yes there is a 10 second difference between the two. For me It is not the same simply put.

Getting consistently around 14Mbps with TMobile HSPA. Lte will be here this month, and I am expecting double that consistently with LTE.

Don't be too excited. I am on T-Mobile in Vegas.

Sprint has been updating the towers now in my city and now I'm getting between 20-30mbps which is acceptable I guess. City is not officially launched as LTE, but might be by the end of the month.
