Data trouble

For a week now my data connection has been sticking on sending data. The up arrow is lit but the down arrow does not light up. This seems to be random and my data connection still works most of the time.

I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem before.

I did call at&t and they tried to help up to a point where they wanted me to try a new Sim but when I went to the at&t store they told me they had network issues due to a software upgrade so I decided to wait a little but to see if it resolves itself.

NA bro that's at&t stock rom it always shows hspa + or the h+ root it and get CyanogenMod chances are your in a 3 g to. 2 g area and it flickers back and fourth and it wont tell you any different cm7 tells on them
