I switch from Verzion to Tmobile. The day I left Verzion, I contacted them to inform them that I had switched over to Tmobile and I needed to make payments on my phone (through Verzion) until I received my debit card from Tmobile. I had a balance of $561.00 ....I was told through Verzion financial dept. that I could but I needed to contact them on 5/14/2015. Three weeks later Verzion debited the entire amount owned from my checking account!...I had only $93.00 in my account at the time!...My bank allowed Verzion to do this because I had auto pay set up with them!....I still have a - 159.00 balance!!!!! I contacted Verzion after this happened and they tried to reverse the charge but 5 days later I was told that Verzion wouldn't reverse the charges!...Not only did Verzion take my money but my bank (Wells Fargo) charged me $35.00 fee!... I understand that Verzion needed to be paid for there phone but to stoop to this level is outrageous! ...Verzion has lost me for life!...I don't understand how a bank allows this to happen!.

As I explained before in your other thread, YOU allowed the bank by having auto draft enabled on your bank account. You must have been explicitly notified that this was being enabled on your account. Failure to do so is violation of federal law.

Have you contacted Verizon executive relations as I suggested previously? If that doesn't work you can file a notice of dispute with Verizon and go through arbitration (which won't cost you anything). You can also file a complaint with the bbb and state attorney general. If you need assistance with any of these let me know,I can help guide you.
