Date and time not updating (to UTC+3) after Turkey stopped following daylight savings

Hello,

Date and time it is not updating on my LG G3, android 5.0, from GMT+2 to UTC+3 after Turkey stopped following daylight savings time last Sunday.
I've restarted my phone, have all the updates that my phone offers (haven't been able update to update to android 6.0 yet).

Any tips? I have manually set set and time, but i would like to know if i can set those settings back to auto-date and time, and to auto-time zone.
