Date keeps turning itself on on my ZTE phone, how can I stop this?

Date keeps turning itself on on my ZTE phone

I constantly monitor this thing because i have limited data usage (500mb per month) so it goes fast. It seems to randomly turn on i dont know if something triggers it or i do it myself) Am i losing my data when im on wifi? will take answer through this website or text [phone number redacted by Mod]. Sometimes text is more convenient as i dont have access to the computer or wifi for extended periods i live in a community building and we all share. Thanks again.

Welcome to Android Central! I edited out your phone number for your own privacy and security--it's not a great idea to give out personal info on a public forum. How do you know data is turning on? How are you turning mobile data off? Are you seeing a 3G or 4G indicator appear intermittently, even after turning mobile data off?
