Date stamp on pictures

Is there a setting in on phone to put date on pictures.?

No, but that information is stored in the metadata of the picture file.

As far as I know the phone system - Stamp the date when
the pictures were taken..Wihout the user do anything
and I see those Dates on each Photo when are
transfered to my computer Pics folder
