deactivate quick settings on locked screen

[AC Question]

As quick settings is active on locked phone, when my phone is locked and in my pocket, many a times the quick settings bar activates and all sort of icons get active/deactive. sometimes torch gets switched on , mobile network gets switched off, phone goes on airplane mode etc...need help to lock it off when phone is locked.
