BEFORE DOING THIS MAKE SURE YOUR BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED DO NOT DO THIS IF IT IS NOT AS IT WILL CAUSE IT TO BE INACCURATE

It's easy if your rooted and have a custom recovery installed.

Turn off your phone

hit and hold the volume down and home button while turning the phone on (this'll pull up the custom recovery)

then use the volume down button to get to -WIpe

Select wipe by hitting the button the buttun just right of wipe

Use volume down to go down to and select -Wipe Battery Stats

then after wipe is complete hit back button

then -Reboot System Now

Viola your done :)

Ditto!!:)

Trying to narrow this down and cant quite figure this out...... Does the latest version of thunderom drain anyones battery crazy fast? Im on TR 1.5 with stock kernel no over clock, I have all the energy eaters turned off as far as wireless, bluetooth, sync, gps, ect. facebook is the only app i really use but it doesnt automatically update. I dont have much running in the background but the necessities and the only widget i have is the alarm that came with TR1.5 but here is the thing......

Last night when i went to sleep my phone was at 100%, all that was running constantly was the alarm widget. this morning i was woken up by my lady and when i looked at my phone it was completely dead. So in 8 hrs with no use it totally died.....

I dunno what it could be, i did optimized my battery today and haven't really used my phone at all....i optimized it around 11 this morning or so and already with hardly any use but about 10 texts and a 5 min call i haven't done anything else really to use up battery and its sitting at 65% now.

any idea's??? and also sorry if this is totally the wrong place to put this, i have searched but nothing is like what im experiencing that i have read

Last night when i went to sleep my phone was fully charged

Im runnin Tr 1.5 with xionia kernel, and jit stageprops, with wireless on all day at work since 8 am, it is now 4:50 I am at 82% I did some texting a few phone calls and some light browsing earlier. I am gettin amazing battery life lately. One thing I might point out is I am running SetCPU and I think it is making a diff underclocking when idle = battery savings :)

See i dont get it....it was a total shock that nothing was running last night when i went to bed and when i woke up at 7 after going to bed with a full battery at 10 or so my phone was totally dead.

So maybe i should get xonia kernel and setCPU then? i never got either because i wasnt really looking to over clock as it runs FABULOUS on TR1.5

does anyone else have cell standby issues?? Mine is very high. 70%. This is a huge battery drain. I know this coming from the hero, and it had the same issue. I have good signal strength, so there should be no reason that it should be anywhere near that high..

I do as well. My time without a signal hovers between 50% and 55%. I still get about a day out it, but I feel our battery life would greatly improve if it was fixed.

I do not believe it has anything to do with ThundeROM though since my wife's phone is stock (not even rooted) and does the same thing.

I created a bug report to google for it. You can find that HERE

P.S. Submitting a bug does little, you need to go and vote for the bug which raises it higher up on their radar. Leaving useless comments like "me too" does nothing either. Go to the page and click the star next to the issue number which is a vote. The more votes, the higher the priority. Comments aren't votes.

I rooted and installed this ROM new years eve. It looks great and ran pretty well.
However I did end up with double of each stock ring tone. Could not set pictures from gallery to contacts. Gingerbread keyboard was slightly glitchy. Other than that it ran great! love the black status bar!
I did not read all 72 pages, some of these issues may have already been discussed I would think. If so sorry maybe I'll try a search.
keep up the good work!

Bugs

Seriously, I still have no reported bugs with this rom...still running dozens of 3rd party apps. Unlike the Stock Rom, I have no forced closes. No Standby issues for me. It's gotta be a Google/Carrier thing... provisioning maybe? I dunno. But this Rom is still solid.

WoW amazing room, no more reboots or crashes. Stock my phone had to reboot 3 times before it was stable. This rom just works

Good work!

Honestly I wasn't too impressed with speeds prior to flashing my kernel, and then started using SetCpu. Speeds increased a bit, but the battery life is definitely better. Give it a shot, worse thing is you flash back to stock Tr1.5. I am loving this Rom now though :)
