Debugging random restarts - what to look for in the logs?

My GalaxyTab s8.4 has taken to randomly restarting itself. Using the syslog app i have grabbed all the logs on the device but i am unsure what to look for when trying to find the cause of the resets.

Can anyone give a bit of guidance when debugging the reset issue and searching through the logs?

I'm running a rootted device, android v 5.0.2

I would just save time and factory reset to solve the issue. Most of the time it is just easier and quicker.
