According to this article, and some random words posted on the screen, it says the all locations will have the Galaxy Nexus on December 8th.

That makes sense because rumor was 18, then 21st but if you take 21th and ADD 18 days (including 21th). you get December 8th.

Also, if you take 18, 21 and re-arrange it in REVERSE like this 12, 8 (leaving out the "1" digit), you get the date.

Also, if you add 1+8 = 9 then you subtract 1, you get 8.

Looks like all signs point to December 8th. But don't tell Verizon as they are strongly linked to the Illuminati!! =p
