Decided to exchange my Moto 360 2nd Gen in for the textured bezel model

I originally wanted the textured bezel and tried to order that. I called Motorola and they were nice and said it shouldn't be a problem. Hopefully by next week I'll have new pics of the exact same model but with the larger textured stainless bezel instead. Should get a definite tomorrow.

Scratch that! Ugh!! Motorola said no problem then retracted. Oh well. I really wanted that textured bezel but in the end, no matter how good my persuasive skills are, I could not crack this Motorola manager or robot like ways. Typically if you down play it and place the power in their hands and place the feeling of helping someone, I've found through years of biz development, that the approach is alnost bullet proof with 98 percent good results. This person was a machine! Lol. The ironic thing is it is only a 25 dollar part. I'm not done yet. I offered to pay for it but it's going to come down to the right person comping me one and I'll just install it myself. I couldn't crack this person at all so I guess no textured bezel for my Moto as of now. My next call will be for the warranty department and I if I get another robot then I guess I'll have the smooth bezel lol
