Decline call with message

Is this option not available on the Pixel? I've always used this feature with my previous android phones, but now it appears to be gone...

nevermind, I figured it out. It only displays if your phone is locked, small text icon in the bottom left corner. if you are using the phone, you only get two options, answer or decline.

nevermind, I figured it out. It only displays if your phone is locked, small text icon in the bottom left corner. if you are using the phone, you only get two options, answer or decline.

Swipe from the icon in the bottom left corner and you will get a number of choices to select from. Don't like the choices? Open the Phone app , tap the three-dot menu icon, tap Settings and then Quick responses to edit the four defaults.

If there is a way to add additional ones, I haven't found it yet.

It *is* odd that you cannot "decline with SMS" unless the phone is locked when the incoming call arrives.

This is an important feature and really needs to be added. My mother gets crazy when I don't answer the phone, but I can't always tell customers to wait while I talk to my mother. A simple reject with a message gets me off the hook with my mother. Please add this feature!!!!!
