Default browser? Am I this stupid?

So, I'm loving ICS, and now that I've got it on the new EVO I installed the chrome beta browser. I can't figure out how to set it as the default browser. I went to manage applications, but I can't seem to get it to work. Anyone have any ideas?

Go to settings<app associations<web urls and change it to chrome
